We started construction business in 1979. Initially we concentrated on water proofing, industrial flooring and application of construction chemicals. With the passage of time, we expanded our domain by adding renovation, as well as new construction works in 1995. We finally registered our company name as “Capital Builders” which evolved through many phases of our carrier. We registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in 2000 in Category C6 and presently we are registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C1, with limit of Rs. 2.5 billion for single project with number of projects.

During this period we have completed different types of projects like Institutional, Industrial, Residential, Offices, Educational, Hospitals, Commercial Buildings & Renovation/Interior Works.
